National English Honor Society Hosts Staff and Student Variety Show

The National English Honor Society hosted Staff and Student Variety show on March 12th benefit  the non-for-profit organization, Angela's House. Angela's House assists families caring for medically frail children living at home with their parents or in special homes that offer 24 hour nursing support.

The evening was emceed by the joke-telling Mr. Hartill, and Bill Policastro, founder of Angela's House, shared with the packed house his appreciation for the fundraising event. Although it was a judged variety show, the true winners were the children who benefited from the event and the audience who enjoyed the entertaining evening!

The National English Honor Society would like to Thank everyone who donated to The Kent Animal Shelter in Calverton, New York----The Shelter still needs Kiddie pools to bath the dogs in, shovels, rakes, and volunteers to help beautiful the property this Spring--any interested parties should contact Mrs. Scudder at the High School.
