Protect Allergic Kids (PAK) is a non-profit organization that provides awareness about food allergies, anaphylaxis, and other allergic diseases. PAK will discuss support for food-allergic children, safe practices and how to recognize an allergic reaction. PAK’s mission is to create food allergy awareness by promoting education, providing support and keeping children safe. A question and answer session will take place immediately following the presentation.
